Refund Policy

Due to the ingredients in our products and the processing time of orders, we do not issue refunds; however you are able to return the product unopened within 14 days for store credit if there was an error on our part. We are a small business so shipping unopened items back to us is your responsibility. 

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase (screenshots of email are acceptable). If the item is not received by the 14th day, you are not eligible for store credit.

To start a return / store credit, you can contact us at before sending back your item. You are responsible for shipping back the item. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our herbal teas are non-returnable once opened due to sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges / Store Credit
The fastest way to ensure you get store credit is to return the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted on our end, you will receive a code via email with the same dollar amount in order to make a new purchase in the future. Please be advised it can take up to 48 hours for your item to be accepted and a store credit issued.

If a returned item is opened, used, or contaminated the item will be sent back to you and no credit will be given. Thank you for understanding that we are a small business and we hope to be able to serve you by offering the best returns solution at this time.
